Product Description
Chevrolet Traverse Top-Half Chrome Mirror Covers (MC58165)
MC58165 is a top-half chrome mirror cover listing for the Chevrolet Traverse 4-door SUV, model years 2018 through 2021. The record spells out the material, the piece count and the mounting, and the years now come from QAA's own product page, so the main job before ordering is checking that your mirrors match the photos.
Model years
QAA's product page for MC58165 lists the Traverse from 2018 to 2021, and its year menu offers each of those four years. The title here gives the same span, and the Fitment tab shows it on the Traverse row, tagged 4-door SUV. If your Traverse falls outside those years, this listing doesn't cover it; call Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 and we'll help you look.
Two covers in the box
The count, at least, is settled. QAA's product page for MC58165 names it a 2Pc set and lists 2 under Number of Pieces, and both the title on this listing and the Specs tab read 2 as well. If you're comparing it with other mirror covers, the photos show how much of the housing each piece wraps.
What is clear
The note reads "Top Half only," so the chrome covers the upper part of each mirror housing, not the whole shell. The covers are ABS plastic, chrome plated and polished, imported, and they mount with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without causing any damage to the surface of the vehicle.
The record doesn't mention a turn signal opening or give dimensions. Because the covers are top half only, look at where any lamp sits on your mirrors relative to the photos.
No linked parts
This sheet doesn't cross-list other Traverse trim. Search by your model and year for more, or ask when you call. Each other part has its own fitment rows and notes.
Fitting top-half covers
The edge where chrome stops is the visible line, so take your time with it. Fix any chips or flaking paint on the housings. Wash with soap and water, dry, and wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove wax.
Set the cover on the top of the mirror by hand and check that its lower edge runs evenly when seen from ahead of the Traverse and from the cabin. Mark the spot with painter's tape. Line up with the marks and press it on firmly along every edge. Fit the next cover and compare the two.
The Installation tab has the full steps and the tape's temperature range. A dry, mild day is best. Keep the Traverse out of rain and the first wash until the bond has had time to settle.
Care
Keep the Traverse's top-half covers clean with mild soap, water and a soft cloth; harsh chemicals and abrasive pads can scratch the plating.
Bottom line
The coverage, years, material and mounting are all set out above. For any remaining question, call 877-752-3811 with your model year and the SKU, MC58165.

Installation tips: Mirror Cover
- Unpack all 2 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
