Product Description
Jeep Patriot 2007-2017 Chrome Mirror Cover Set (MC47065)
MC47065 is a two-piece chrome Mirror Cover Set for the Jeep Patriot 4-door SUV. One row covers model years 2007 through 2017, eleven years with no exclusions, and the title agrees. If your Patriot falls in that span, this is the mirror cover set the catalog lists for it.
The one-word bullet
Among the listing's bullets is a single word: "Full." The notes field is empty, and the catalog doesn't explain what "Full" refers to. Several other mirror cover sets on this catalog carry a "Top Half only" note, so it's tempting to read "Full" as the opposite, but the record doesn't say that, and we won't present a guess as fact. The product photos show exactly how much of the mirror the covers take up. Compare them with your own Patriot, and if the coverage isn't clear, call Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 with the SKU before ordering. We've flagged the bullet so it can be clarified.
Other open points
There's no mention of a turn signal cut out, and no dimensions are listed. Eleven model years is a long span, and the catalog lists one set for all of it, so the photo comparison is worthwhile whatever year you drive. If there's a lamp or anything else on your mirror housings that a cover could hide, check it against the photos.
Material and mounting
On the 2007-2017 Patriot, the covers are molded ABS plastic, chrome plated, polished and imported. They mount with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, which QAA states will hold for a lifetime without damaging the Jeep's surface. Compare the photos with your mirrors to see how they sit.
Preparing and fitting
The tape bonds to the housing's finish, so start with an inspection. Chips, scuffs or peeling clear coat should be repaired first. Then wash with soap and water, dry completely and wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove wax. Hold one cover in place by hand, compare it with the photos, and check from in front of the SUV and from the side. Mark its position with small pieces of painter's tape, then line it up and press firmly along every edge. Do the same with the second cover and compare the two. The Installation tab gives the full sequence and the tape's temperature range. A dry, mild day is best, and the bond should rest before the first wash.
Care
Chrome plating is a thin bright layer. Mild soap, water and a soft cloth keep it clean; abrasive pads, polishing compounds and harsh chemicals can mark it.
No other parts are linked to this set. They're cataloged for the Patriot from 2007 to 2017. Two covers and no hardware make for a short job. Mention MC47065 when you call 877-752-3811.
A note on handling: chrome-plated plastic picks up fingerprints easily, so hold each cover by its edges while you line it up, and give both a final wipe with a soft cloth once they're in place. If the photos and your mirrors match, the whole job is short.

Installation tips: Mirror Cover Set
- Unpack all 2 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
