If your Passat is the wagon, call us before ordering; this gas door piece isn't tagged for it, even though the sheet does list wagon pillar trim.
On the Passat, this trim is not a replacement cap and not a replacement part. The 1999-2005 Passat's own fuel door must be there, because the trim bonds to its outer face.
