Next, dry-fit. Hold each piece in place with the liner on and compare it with the photos. When its edges follow the pillar, mark the ends with painter's tape and write the location on the liner. Then peel, place and press firmly along the full length. Run a fingertip down both edges, and look over the set from a few steps back.
