Cleaning the pillars
Begin with a wash using a mild shampoo, then rinse and dry fully. Wipe each pillar area with isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free cloth and give it a minute to evaporate. If the paint or trim has been waxed, sealed or ceramic coated, take that layer off where the tape will sit, since tape won't hold well on top of it.
Dry-fit, then press
Hold each of the four covers up to its photo. Hold the first against its pillar with the liner on, check that both edges follow the shape, and mark its outline with painter's tape. Do the same for the others. Then peel one liner, line the cover up with your marks and press it firmly from one end to the other and along both edges. Fit the next cover and compare.
