Product Description
Honda Civic Sedan 2022-2026 Door Trim TH72214, 8 Pieces, 1.5" to 6.125" Taper With Trim Crease
TH72214 is an eight-piece polished stainless steel rocker trim for the 2022-2026 Honda Civic 4-door sedan. The record's notes are "1.5" to 6.125" tapered Width, with trim crease" and "Installs on the door."
A very wide taper
From 1.5" at one end to 6.125" at the other is a big change. The pieces are much taller at one end than the other. The record doesn't say which end is which or how that shape relates to the door. The photos are essential here: look at them closely before ordering, and hold a piece up during the dry fit to confirm the orientation.
"With trim crease"
The note mentions a crease. The record doesn't say whether it's a crease in the steel or a line on the Civic that the trim follows. Compare the photos with your doors, and call 877-752-3811 if it's unclear.
On the doors
The note says "Installs on the door," and a second line reads "Rocker Panel Trim, On the doors." There's no mention of the rocker below the doors. Eight pieces on four doors, though the record doesn't assign them.
Material
The 2022-2026 Civic sedan kit tapers from 1.5" to 6.125" across eight creased door pieces of USA-made polished 26 gauge 304 stainless on 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. According to QAA, the tape will hold for a lifetime without damaging the Honda.

Sorting eight shaped pieces
With a taper this large, mixing up pieces is easy. Lay them on a towel, sort them by shape, and match each to the photos. Label each liner with side and position.
Prep
Wash the Civic doors where the trim goes, then rinse, dry and alcohol-wipe.
Trial fit
Tape every piece up and look at the side from a few steps back. The tapers should flow the same way on both doors. Open each door.
Bond
Peel a short section of liner, set the piece, press, and continue. Tall ends need firm pressure across their full height.
Mirror the sides
Measure each fitted piece and check the line from the front and rear of the car.
Before ordering
Confirm the year and the sedan body. A side photo sent to 877-752-3811 lets us show you where the tall and short ends go.
Conditions
Shade, mild weather, no moisture. Keep the Civic unwashed for a day.
Tools and a helper
Painter's tape, a tape measure, isopropyl alcohol, lint-free cloths and a marker for the liners. A second person helps hold the taller end of each piece in place while you check the line from a few steps back.
Why polished 304
QAA uses polished 304 stainless steel for this kit. Its mirror surface rinses clean with mild soap and water, so road film comes off easily.

Installation tips: Rocker Panel Trim, On the door
- Unpack all 8 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
