Preparing the sills
Raise all four windows. Dampen a soft cloth with shampoo solution and clean along each sill, easing into the edge by the glass seal without lifting it. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry. A lamp will show up polish residue, wax and old glue; take glue off with a plastic scraper. Wipe each sill with wax-and-grease remover, then with isopropyl alcohol immediately before its piece.
Fitting
- Mark each liner with its window using the photos.
- At the first sill, tape the piece in place with its liner on.
- Check its ends sit as in the photos.
- Lift the liner at one end, press, and draw it out along the sill while pressing.
- Press the full piece once more.
Arrival and care
Count four pieces on arrival. After fitting, a day before washing; then mild soap and a soft cloth. If a piece won't sit right, call 877-752-3811 with SKU WS10830 and UPC 691821454228.
On the day
Have painter's tape, a plastic scraper, a lamp, both cleaners and clean microfibres ready. Lay the four Soul pieces out against the photos and confirm each window before peeling anything. Keep the windows closed for a day after fitting, then walk around the Soul from a few steps back and press any end that hasn't seated.
