Product Description
2007-2019 Toyota Tundra Double Cab Chrome Door Handle Covers, 6 Pieces (DH27146)
DH27146 is a six-piece chrome plated ABS door handle cover kit for one truck: the 2007-2019 Toyota Tundra 4-door Double Cab pickup. With thirteen model years under one part number, it covers a long run of Double Cab trucks, and the catalog note is short: "Does not include passenger key access."
Fitment
Toyota Tundra, 4-door pickup truck, Double Cab, model years 2007 through 2019. That is the single row in the listing, and it names the Double Cab specifically, so if your Tundra has a different cab, call us before ordering. The Fitment tab shows the row exactly as QAA catalogs it.
Why six pieces?
Six is not a number you can split evenly as "two per door" across four doors, and QAA's data does not explain how the pieces are divided between the front and rear handles. The product photos are the best way to see exactly what each cover is for. If you want to be sure the kit covers every handle you care about, we are happy to go over it by phone.
The passenger key note
The passenger side cover has no opening for a key cylinder. If you never use a key in the passenger door, this does not change anything. If you do, keep it in mind before you order.
What it is made of
The covers are molded ABS plastic with polished chrome plating, imported. The molded shape lets each cover fit over the handle, and the plating gives the mirror finish. It is a full cover rather than a flat accent strip, so the handle itself turns chrome.
Install day
Each cover has 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without causing any damage to the surface of the vehicle. A pickup's handles pick up dirt and grease from daily use, so:
- Wash and degrease every handle.
- Let them dry completely.
- Sort the six pieces by door with the product photos.
- Check each cover's position by hand first, then press it firmly for a few seconds.
Work in a garage on a cold day. The Installation tab has the rest.
Why owners pick it
Chrome handles are one of the quickest ways to make a Double Cab look more finished, especially next to chrome mirrors, bumpers, or grille trim. The covers change the look of the handles; the Installation tab has the steps.
One part number for thirteen years
Whether your truck is an early or a late model in this range, the part number, photos, and instructions are the same. That also makes it easy to match a second Double Cab in the family or the fleet.
No companion parts listed
The Fitment tab shows DH27146 on its own, since QAA does not link companion parts to this SKU. Call and we will check other trim for your Tundra.

Installation tips: Door Handle Cover Kit
- Unpack all 6 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
