Product Description
Chrome Door Handle Covers, 8 Pieces, for Ford, Lincoln, Mazda and Mercury Models, 2005-2016 (DH46630)
Eleven vehicles from four brands share DH46630. QAA lists this eight-piece chrome door handle cover kit for Ford, Lincoln, Mazda, and Mercury models from 2005 through 2016, all four-door. The covers are molded from polished chrome-plated ABS plastic and imported. Since so many vehicles are listed, the list itself is the most useful part of this page.
Listed vehicles by brand
Ford: Edge 2007-2010, Flex 2009-2016, Fusion 2006-2012.
Lincoln: MKX 2007-2015, MKZ 2007-2012, Zephyr 2006 only.
Mazda: Mazda3, Mazda5, Mazda6, and CX-7, each 2005-2008.
Mercury: Milan 2006-2011.
Ranges run from a single year on the Zephyr to nine years on the MKX. Find your model, then check that your year is inside its range. Every row is tagged 4-door with one shared body list naming SUV, sedan, hatchback, and minivan, so the body field does not distinguish between them; the model name and year are what count. The Fitment tab shows every row as QAA records it.
Lock cylinders
The catalog has no key access note for this kit, so it does not say whether any cover has a keyhole or on which door. Check your front door handles for lock cylinders and compare them with the product photos. If you need a lock to stay reachable, call us before ordering.
Eight pieces
Eight chrome pieces for four doors. They are not labeled in the catalog, so group them by door using the photos before mounting any.
About the material
ABS is a tough molded plastic. These covers are chrome plated and polished, and their shape surrounds the handle in a full chrome surface instead of a flat strip.
Installing the kit
For every Ford, Lincoln, Mazda and Mercury on this kit's list, the eight covers fix in place with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. According to QAA, it holds for a lifetime without harming the vehicle's finish.
- Wash every handle area, then rinse.
- Degrease to strip wax and road film.
- Dry completely.
- Dry-fit one door at a time.
- Press each cover firmly for several seconds after placing it.
Install on a dry, mild day in the shade, and keep the vehicle dry overnight. The Installation tab has the full steps.
Mixed driveways
A family with a Fusion and a Mazda6, or a business with several of these models, can order one part number across the board, as long as each vehicle falls in its listed years.
The one-year Zephyr row
The Lincoln Zephyr is listed for 2006 only. If you drive a Zephyr, double-check its model year before ordering.
Alignment habits
Any door on the Edge is fine to begin with. Set each cover lightly, step back a few paces to see it against the door's lines, and only then press it home along its full outline. Repeat around the vehicle so all four doors match.
Care
Once the tape has set, a gentle wash and a soft towel keep the chrome clean; abrasive pads can scratch the plating.

Installation tips: Door Handle Cover Kit
- Unpack all 8 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
