Product Description
Chrome Door Handle Covers, 4 Pieces, Listed for Honda Civic, CR-V, HR-V and Accord (DH72214)
One chrome handle kit across four current Hondas: that's how QAA lists DH72214. The kit has four covers of polished, chrome-plated ABS plastic, imported, each mounting with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape.
The Honda rows
- Honda Civic, 2022-2026, 4-door Sedan
- Honda Accord, 2024-2025, 4-door Sedan
- Honda HR-V, 2023-2025, tagged 4-door Sedan
- Honda CR-V, 2023-2025, tagged 4-door Sedan
- Honda CR-V, 2023-2026, 4-door SUV
Two things stand out. The HR-V and the first CR-V row carry a Sedan tag, though the second CR-V row says SUV, and the two CR-V rows end in different years. We've flagged both for correction. The title gives each model its own years. The Fitment tab shows every row as entered.
Why the multi-model listing matters
When one kit is listed for several models, the safest step is to compare the photos with your own handles before ordering. The catalog doesn't describe how the handles on these models compare, so the photos and a phone call are your best checks.
Openings
There are no notes about keyhole or smart key openings on this listing. If your Civic has a touch sensor or a key cylinder you need to reach, look closely at the photos or call us first.
About the material
ABS plastic is rigid and keeps a crisp molded shape. QAA chrome-plates and polishes it for a mirror finish, and the factory handles keep working underneath.
The tape
On the listed Civic, CR-V, HR-V and Accord fits, QAA states this tape will hold for a lifetime and won't damage the Honda's surface.
Installation
- Wash each handle and the paint around it, then rinse.
- Degrease and allow it to dry completely.
- Dry-fit each cover by hand and mark it with painter's tape.
- Seat it on the marks, pressing hard all the way around its outline.
- Open each door once to make sure nothing catches.
Further detail is in the Installation tab.
Sorting the four covers
The catalog doesn't say which cover belongs on which door. When the kit arrives, lay the four pieces next to the photos on a clean towel and assign each one to a door before any of them is mounted. Keeping them in order saves second-guessing once the adhesive is exposed, because the tape grabs on contact and repositioning gets harder with every try.
Matching every cover
Finish a front door and the rear door behind it, then stand back and check the covers sit level. Use those as the guide for the rest.
Pre-order checklist
Find your model and year in the rows above, compare your handles with the photos, and decide whether you need any openings. If your model is the CR-V or HR-V and the body tags concern you, call.
Weather
Install on a mild, dry day out of direct sun and leave the car dry overnight. Degrease twice if the paint was recently waxed.
Care
Mild soap and a soft towel. Abrasive pads scratch chrome.

Installation tips: Door Handle Cover Kit
- Unpack all 4 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
