Product Description
Nine-Piece Chrome Door Handle Covers for the Kia Soul, Kia Forte and Hyundai Elantra (DH10810)
One kit, three cars. DH10810 is a nine-piece chrome door handle cover set that QAA catalogs for the Kia Soul, the Kia Forte, and the Hyundai Elantra in specific model years. If you own any of those 4-door models in the listed years, the same chrome covers are cataloged for your handles.
Which cars and years
- Hyundai Elantra, 4-door, 2008-2010
- Kia Forte, 4-door, 2010-2011
- Kia Soul, 4-door, 2010-2012
QAA's catalog row for each lists the 4-door sedan and hatchback body styles. Because the year ranges are short and different for each car, check yours carefully against this list. A Forte from outside 2010-2011, for example, is not covered by this kit. The Fitment tab shows each row exactly as QAA has it.
Nine pieces
A door handle cover kit fits over the existing exterior handles and their surrounding area, trading the original finish for bright chrome. This kit has nine pieces for a 4-door car. The catalog does not explain how the nine are distributed between the doors, so the product photos are the best place to see what is included and how each piece sits.
Chrome plated ABS
The covers are made from chrome plated ABS plastic with a polished finish, and they are imported. ABS is a stiff, durable plastic that can be molded to the contours of a handle, and the chrome plating provides the shine. This is a different material from QAA's stainless steel trim, so if you plan to pair these covers with stainless parts, expect a slightly different shine between the two.
Installing the set
QAA uses 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape on these covers. QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without causing any damage to the surface of the vehicle. The process is straightforward. Clean each handle and the area around it with a degreaser, since hands leave oils that weaken adhesion. Let everything dry. Hold each cover in place to confirm the fit, then set it down and press, keeping pressure on for a few seconds. Do one door completely before moving to the next, and check each cover from a few angles once it is on. The Installation tab covers temperature and prep tips.
A small change that shows
Handles are right where your eye goes when you walk up to a car. Chrome covers make a noticeable jump in brightness, and they go over the Elantra's existing handles, so nothing comes off or gets replaced, and the doors open as they always have.
Matching trim
The catalog does not list companion QAA parts with this SKU, so only DH10810 appears in the Fitment tab. If you want more chrome or stainless for your Soul, Forte, or Elantra, call us and we can check what is available for your specific car.

Installation tips: Door Handle Cover Kit
- Unpack all 9 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
