Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011-2020 Stainless Gas Door Trim (GC51080)
Ten model years of the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4-door SUV, 2011 through 2020, are covered by GC51080. It's a single piece of 304 stainless steel, 26 gauge, polished to a bright finish, made in the USA, and it mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape.
It is not a replacement cap and not a replacement part. You MUST have the existing gas door to install this piece. The trim goes onto the face of your Grand Cherokee's fuel door; if the door itself is damaged, deal with that first.

Confirm before ordering. Check that your Jeep is a Grand Cherokee, not another Jeep model, that its model year sits between 2011 and 2020, and that the gas door opens, closes and latches as it should.
Mounting. It installs directly over the existing surface, so there's no drilling. QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without causing any damage to the surface of the vehicle. Adhesion depends on the paint, so check the door for chalky or flaking clear coat, chips at its edges, and blisters, and repair those before starting. The door should close flush.
Steps. Wash with soap and water, rinse, and dry; then degrease the face until the cloth is clean. Keep the liner on as you set the trim against the closed door, moving it until the strip of paint around it is even, and mark the spot with painter's tape. Peel the liner, align, and press firmly over every part of the face. Give it another firm press after a minute, then open the door slowly to confirm clearance. The Installation tab has more detail.
Finish and care. The polished 304 surface is reflective, and the 26 gauge sheet is very thin. Install on a mild, dry day and keep it dry overnight. Use mild soap and a soft cloth to clean it, and wipe away fuel drips.
