Rav4 Fuel Door Cover Trim, 2013-2018, Polished Stainless (GC13180)
For the Toyota Rav4 4-door SUV, model years 2013 to 2018, GC13180 is a one-piece stainless cover for the gas door. It's 304 stainless steel at 26 gauge with a polished finish, made in the USA, and it mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape.
Not a replacement part
Please read this one carefully. GC13180 is not a replacement cap and not a replacement part. You MUST have the existing gas door to install this piece. It's a decorative overlay. If the Rav4's fuel door is damaged or missing, that needs to be fixed before this trim can go on.

No tools beyond a cloth
It installs directly over the existing surface. There's nothing to drill and nothing to unbolt. QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without causing any damage to the surface of the vehicle. What it does need is a clean, dry, wax-free door face, so the prep is the real job.
How to do it
- Wash and rinse the door face, then wipe with degreaser.
- Dry it completely.
- Dry-fit with the liner on and check for an even border.
- Mark the spot on the body with painter's tape.
- Peel, align, and press firmly over the whole surface, twice.
- Swing the door open and shut slowly to check clearance.

It's one flat part on a small panel, so there's little to get wrong and the result shows right away. Wash with mild soap and a soft cloth. Fuel drips should be wiped off after filling up.

- Unpack the piece and hold it in position to confirm the fit before mounting it.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Step back and check alignment before pressing along the full length of the piece.
