At 1" wide, WZ57321 is the slimmer of two linked QAA wheel well sets for the 2017-2020 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty. It has four molded stainless steel pieces, and the fitment covers 2-door and 4-door pickups but states Does not fit dually.
Dual rear wheels are excluded

Getting the body ready
Scrub each wheel lip with car shampoo, rinse, and dry it completely. A final pass with wax-and-grease remover takes away any film so the narrow pieces can sit tight against the paint.
Putting the pieces on
Place each piece by hand first. If it follows the curve of the lip and agrees with its photo, drive the screws. If it doesn't, leave it unfastened and call QAA rather than forcing it. Do the front openings, step back to look at the line, then the rears.
