Product Description
10-Piece Pillar Trim With Front Triangle for the 2019-2026 Silverado 1500 Double Cab (PP59177)
PP59177 is the fullest pillar post kit QAA catalogs for the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Double Cab. Ten polished stainless steel pieces cover the cab pillars of 2019-2026 Double Cab pickups, and QAA notes that the kit includes the front triangle piece.
What the front triangle brings
The front triangle is the small, three-cornered section at the forward end of the side window line. When the rest of the pillars are polished, leaving it dark creates a gap at the front of the cab. This kit includes a piece for it. The eight-piece Double Cab kit, PP59176, does not, which is the main documented difference between the two.
Make sure it is a Double Cab
QAA lists this kit for the Silverado 1500 Double Cab only. The Crew Cab has its own lineup: PP59171 (six pieces), PP59172 (eight), and PP59173 (ten, also with the front triangle). The Fitment tab shows the exact application, and your window sticker or dealer paperwork will confirm your cab style.
Full coverage, one box
Ten pieces gives the Double Cab's side glass the most complete polished outline QAA offers for it. It suits owners who want every visible pillar section in steel, from the front triangle back.
Window packages
QAA's 22-piece WP59170 and twelve-piece WP59171 window trim packages are listed for the Crew Cab, not the Double Cab. For a Double Cab, this pillar kit is the way to get the most polished coverage around the side glass, and it can be paired with the door handle accents; check that listing for its finish.
Material
QAA makes all ten pieces in the USA from 26-gauge 304 stainless steel, polished to a mirror shine. It is solid stainless with no plating to peel, and all the pieces match.
Installation
The ten Silverado Double Cab pieces, front triangle included, install directly over the existing surface with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, and nothing comes apart. QAA says that tape will hold for a lifetime without harming the truck.
Ten pieces on a pickup cab is a manageable afternoon. Sort the ten Silverado pieces by position. Clean and de-wax each surface, including the front triangle corner. Work from a step stool for an eye-level view. Dry-fit, then peel and press one piece at a time, checking the reveal on each. The Installation tab covers each step.
Coordinating trim
QAA also catalogs a four-piece door handle accent set and body side molding accents for the Double Cab, along with a gas door cover, tailgate accent, and wheel well trim for 1500 pickups.
Fitment
Ten pieces listed for the 2019-2026 Silverado 1500 Double Cab, a 4-door pickup.

Choose a mild, shaded day for the install, and give the trim a final wipe with a soft cloth. Because both Double Cab kits are complete sets, starting with the largest avoids buying twice.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 10 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
