Product Description
PP19661: Four-Piece Arteon Pillar Trim with Front Triangle Piece, 2019-2023
For the 2019-2023 Volkswagen Arteon, listed as a 4-door sedan, PP19661 is a four-piece polished stainless pillar post set with the note "Includes Front Triangle piece". It's priced at $73.49. The only other Arteon pillar set on the sheet is the two-piece PP19660, which has no note.
About the front triangle
The note tells you a front triangle piece is part of this set. It doesn't give the piece's size or explain exactly where it sits, and the listing doesn't say how the other three covers are arranged. Look for the triangular shape in the product photos and compare it with your Arteon. If you can't place it, call Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 and ask about PP19661 before you order.
Choosing between the two Arteon sets
The four-piece set has twice the count and the front triangle note. The two-piece set has neither. Neither listing names the pillars covered or gives a width, so the galleries are the way to compare. If you want the front triangle, this is the set that lists it. If another Arteon set appeals too, check the photos or call before ordering both.
Fitment
Volkswagen Arteon, 2019-2023, 4-door, Sedan, on a single row covering five model years. If your year isn't in range, call first. Arteons of 2019 to 2023 are listed.
Material
Each piece is 26 gauge 304 stainless steel, polished and made in the USA. Because the shine is the metal itself rather than plating, there's no coating to wear through. It handles rain, sun and regular washing with ordinary care.
Mounting
On the Arteon, each cover mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape over the existing pillar surface. Nothing is drilled or removed; read the Installation tab's temperature range and cure time before you begin.
Installing the set
Work on a dry, still day in the shade, with mild car soap, isopropyl alcohol, lint-free cloths and painter's tape to hand.
Unpack onto a towel and check all four pieces against the photos. Find the triangle and keep it somewhere it won't get lost. Call before you start if anything is bent or missing.
Wash the pillar areas, rinse and dry. Wipe each with isopropyl alcohol and let it evaporate, and remove any wax or ceramic coating where tape will touch.
Hold each piece in position with its liner on until its edges sit naturally, then frame it with painter's tape. Do all four before peeling anything, using the photos to place them.
Then fix them one at a time. Peel the liner, set the piece into its frame and press steadily from end to end and along each edge. Fit the next cover straight after so the two can be compared. Press the small triangle with a fingertip, from its centre out to each point.
If an Arteon piece won't sit flat, leave its liner in place and call 877-752-3811. Once cured, the Volkswagen's covers wash with ordinary car soap and dry with a soft towel.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 4 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
