Product Description
Buick Roadmaster Sedan 1992-1997 Six-Cover Pillar Post Trim, Rear Pieces Noted (PP32597)
For the Buick Roadmaster sedan of 1992-1997, PP32597 is a six-cover pillar set at $84.49, made in the USA from polished 26 gauge 304 stainless. The row is tagged 4-door, Sedan. Its listing note reads "Includes rear, rear."
That short note is what this page tells you about placement: rear pieces are part of the six. It doesn't mention a front triangle. The eight-cover sedan set, PP32596, is noted "Includes rear, rear and front triangle," so if a triangle is something you want, that listing is the one that names it. The four-cover sedan set, PP32595, carries no note. Between the three, the galleries show the shapes, and none of them gives widths, so look at the photos with your sedan in front of you before deciding.
If six covers with the rear pieces match the posts you'd like polished, order this set. If you're unsure which of the three suits you, call Quality Automotive Trims on 877-752-3811 and quote PP32597.
The Roadmaster wagon has separate sets, PP32591, PP32592, PP32593 and PP32598, tagged 4-door, Wagon; they're listed for the other body. The rocker panel kits TH32592 and TH32596 share the sedan tag but are a different part, sold separately.
The six covers change appearance only. Each sits on a post next to the windows; the Buick's doors, glass and weatherstrip work just as before. Grade 304 stainless holds off corrosion by its alloy, not a coating.
Each of the six, rear pieces included, mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, bonding to the Roadmaster's existing paint or trim. The sedan isn't drilled and keeps all of its trim. Before choosing a day, check the Installation tab for the temperature range and the time the tape needs to cure, and pick a date that comfortably suits both of them.
Look at all six posts, the rear ones included, before the day. A chalky bloom, a web of hairline cracks, an edge working loose, or residue from wax or polish should be dealt with. Then wash with car soap, rinse, dry completely, and wipe with rubbing alcohol on lint-free cloths, swapping cloths until one stays white.
Gather car soap, a bucket, rubbing alcohol, cloths, painter's tape and a pencil. A helper standing off the sedan can judge each cover. There are six Roadmaster covers, all polished stainless.
Work on a dry, still day in shade. Check the six against the photos and ring us about anything bent or missing. Group them by position, rear pieces together. With the liner on, set a cover to its post, adjust it until the margin is even, and outline it with painter's tape. Remove the liner, settle it within the outline, and press firmly along the length and both edges. Carry on with another cover.
If a cover won't sit flat, leave its liner on and call 877-752-3811. After the cure, wash the six with car soap and dry them with a soft towel.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 6 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
