Product Description
Eight-Cover Pillar Post Trim for the Buick Roadmaster Wagon 1992-1997 (PP32592)
For the 1992-1997 Buick Roadmaster wagon, PP32592 provides eight polished stainless pillar covers for $95.49. The row is tagged 4-door, Wagon, and the covers are 26 gauge 304 stainless, made in the USA.
One point needs care. There are two eight-cover wagon sets linked to this page: this one, and PP32598. PP32598 carries the note "Includes rear, rear, rear piece, NO front triangle." PP32592 has no note at all, so the listing doesn't say how its eight covers differ from PP32598's, or whether a front triangle is among them. The photographs are the only way to compare. Put the two galleries next to each other and look shape by shape; if PP32592's eight match your plan, order it, and if PP32598's description fits better, choose that one.
The wagon also has PP32591 with ten covers and PP32593 with six, neither with notes. If eight isn't quite right, those galleries are worth a look too.
The sedan sets, PP32595, PP32596 and PP32597, are tagged 4-door, Sedan and aren't listed for the wagon. The rocker panel kits TH32592 and TH32596 carry sedan tags too, and they're separate parts.
Since the two eight-cover sets look alike on paper, calling is sensible if the photos don't settle it. Ring Quality Automotive Trims on 877-752-3811 and mention PP32592. It helps to say which posts you most want covered and whether a triangle-shaped piece at the front matters to you, since that is the one detail PP32598's note spells out.
Nothing about the eight is structural. They lie over the wagon's posts beside the glass, leaving its doors, windows and seals to work as normal, and the 304 grade holds off corrosion through its alloy rather than any plated layer.
Each one mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape that grips the existing paint or trim on the wagon's posts. There's no drilling and no trim to remove. The Installation tab gives the temperature range and cure time.
Before fitting, inspect the eight posts. A powdery haze, fine crazing, an edge lifting, or old wax or polish will undermine the tape, so fix or strip it first. Wash with car soap, rinse, dry, and wipe with rubbing alcohol on lint-free cloths, changing cloths until one comes off spotless.
You'll need car soap, a bucket, alcohol, lots of cloths, painter's tape and a pencil. A helper stepping back from the Roadmaster can check each cover as you go.
Work on a calm, dry day in shade. Check all eight against the gallery and call us if anything is bent or missing. Match them to the photos by position. Liner on, hold each cover to its post, shift it until the reveal is even, and frame it in painter's tape. Peel the liner, set the cover in the frame, and press firmly along its whole length and both edges. Fit the next one, then go on.
A cover that won't lie flat should keep its liner while you call 877-752-3811. Once cured, wash the eight with car soap and dry them with a soft towel.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 8 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
