How it attaches
Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, directly over the existing surface. No drilling, and nothing comes off the car. Clean the Azera's pillars following the Installation tab, then let them dry.
Clean, then clean again
Wash the pillars with soapy water, rinse and dry. Then a second, finishing clean: isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free cloth, left to evaporate. That second step removes the film soap and glass cleaner leave behind. Strip any wax or coating where the tape will sit.
Six pieces, one at a time
Arrange the Azera pieces by the gallery. Hold each to its pillar with the liner on; when the edges follow the pillar, mark the ends with painter's tape and write the location on the liner. If a piece won't sit right, try another pillar before anything else. Dry-fit all six before peeling the first.
Press and compare
Peel, set between the marks, and press firmly from end to end and along both edges. Do three Azera covers first, then the other three, and look at the set from a distance. The Installation tab lists the temperature range and the cure time.
If something won't line up
Stop before peeling. Take a photo of the piece held in place and call us; it's easier to fix before the tape is down.
