Install overview
No drilling and no trim removal: the covers go directly over the existing surface on 3M tape. 3 Series pillar prep is under Installation.
Wash the pillars in warm soapy water, rinse and dry them. Wipe with rubbing alcohol on a lint-free rag and let it evaporate. Clear any wax or coating from where the tape will land, and fix chipped finish first.
Compare the six covers with the photos and note where each goes. Hold each one up with its liner attached and sight along its edges. If it doesn't follow the pillar, try a different pillar. When it fits, mark both ends with painter's tape and write its spot on the liner. Test-fit all six before you peel anything.
Peel one liner, align the cover with its marks and press firmly along the full length, then down both edges. Fit three, then the rest, and compare them from a few steps back. Follow the Installation tab's temperature range and cure time.
