Construction
On the XJ12 sedan and XJS coupe, four 5.375" door strips of USA-made polished 26 gauge 304 stainless are pressed on using 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. According to QAA, the tape will hold for a lifetime and leaves the Jaguar unharmed.

Preparing the doors

- Remove wax and polish from the Jaguar with wax-and-grease remover
