This one attaches with tape. No holes are needed. Dry-fit before peeling any liner. The part is molded ABS plastic.
Style
Mirror caps take sun, bugs and parking-lot bumps. It is one of the most noticeable changes for the cost. Chrome stands out against nearly any paint color. It matches factory chrome elsewhere on many vehicles.
Use a microfiber towel to dry it. Quote MC285 and we can look it up immediately. Factory parts in a different finish usually cost more.
Compare the photos with your vehicle before ordering. Shipping weight is around 2.0 lb.
Take your time on alignment. Call 877-752-3811 with your year, make, model and trim.
Trim is where many factory cost cuts show. It fills a gap many owners notice.
It is aimed at drivers who like a personalized vehicle. It does not require a lift or a garage full of equipment. Passersby will notice the change, not the method.
Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Your exact model year matters for this part.
Wrapping complex shapes takes practice. There is no paint booth involved.
There is no ongoing upkeep schedule. Use pH-neutral soaps when you can.
Unpack carefully and set the parts on a soft surface. Line it up by eye and step back to check. Once it is in place, press evenly across the whole part.
This suits owners who want a custom look without a shop visit. A second person helps with alignment on larger pieces. It photographs well, which matters if you sell later.
Small finish changes add up across a vehicle. It is an easy place to start.
Open the box and check the contents against the listing first. A dry run catches problems before they become permanent. Recheck the edges after the first drive.
Road salt rinses off easily with plain water.
A molded cover follows contours that wrap struggles with. No sanding or primer is involved.
Lower-48 delivery is free on this item. The Fitment tab is the final word on compatibility.
