The mirrors sit right where people look when you pull up. A fresh finish there hides fading and scuffs. Chrome brings bright highlights back. It looks good on dark and light paint alike.
Mounting
This one attaches with tape. No holes are needed. A clean, dry, wax-free surface is the key step. Material: ABS plastic.
