The look
The mirrors sit right where people look when you pull up. A fresh finish there hides fading and scuffs. Chrome adds shine that base trims often lack. It looks good on dark and light paint alike.
The shipping box is about 13.0 x 6.0 x 5.0 inches. Not sure it fits? Call us at 877-752-3811.
It is cheaper than painting or dipping trim. Avoid scouring compounds on the finish.
Temperate weather helps adhesives set. Use the gallery to check the outline against your own vehicle.
Write down MC342 for your records.
Body shops charge by the hour for finish changes. It suits renters of garage space and driveway workers alike.
Lower-48 delivery is free on this item. Ordering the right part the first time avoids returns.
Finish choices set the tone of the whole exterior. It makes the change visible from the street.
Lease drivers often prefer add-on trim over permanent changes. Plan a calm afternoon rather than a rushed half hour. Done well, it looks like it came from the factory.
Treat it like the rest of the exterior. Use pH-neutral soaps when you can.
Lay everything out in the order you will install it. Mark reference points with painter's tape if it helps. Take a photo; it is satisfying to compare before and after.
Trim is where many factory cost cuts show. It gives this spot the same attention as the rest.
A dry run catches problems before they become permanent. Clean up with a soft cloth at the end.
QAA ships free to the lower 48 states. Confirming the year and trim first saves time.
Aftermarket replacements often need cutting or drilling. It costs a fraction of shop work.
After installation, there is nothing special to maintain. Keep wax and polish off the edges where possible.
Weekend DIYers will find it approachable. A second person helps with alignment on larger pieces. It is a visible upgrade for a modest effort.
