Product Description
Trim Illusion Gloss Black Door Handle Covers for 2015-2024 Jeep Renegade (DH6272BLK)
DH6272BLK is a gloss black door handle cover set built by Trim Illusion for the 2015-2024 Jeep Renegade. Expect ten parts when you open it. Trim Illusion describes it as a patented design.
Fit notes
Keyhole: Driver side. Smart key: W/ or W/O Smart Key. It is listed for 4-door vehicles.
Appearance
The handles repeat down both sides, so they set a pattern. New covers hide wear on the originals. Gloss black gives a deeper, more uniform appearance. Many owners pair it with a sport or night package look.
It is cataloged for the 2015-2024 Jeep Renegade and nothing else. Your registration shows the model year.
Build a set
For a matched Jeep Renegade, see ABS6439BLK (grille overlay, gloss black), MC6269BLK (mirror cover, gloss black). Fitment differs by part, so verify each.
Attachment
It mounts with adhesive tape. Nothing has to be drilled. Surface prep is what makes the tape hold. It is made of ABS plastic.
Talk to us first if in doubt: 877-752-3811. Replacing factory pieces can mean removing panels.
Our system finds it fastest by DH6272BLK. Temperate weather helps adhesives set. A normal car wash is all it needs.
Shipping weight is around 1.0 lb. The photos are the best way to confirm the shape.
It is a good choice if you are building a themed look. It does not require a lift or a garage full of equipment. The finished look is clean and intentional.
Open the box and check the contents against the listing first. A dry run catches problems before they become permanent. A final walk-around confirms everything sits even.
Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Confirming the year and trim first saves time.
Spray coatings need masking; a molded part does not. There is no curing time to wait out.
Ownership is simple once it is on. Automatic brush washes are harder on trim than hand washing.
Small finish changes add up across a vehicle. This part handles one piece of that puzzle.
After installation, there is nothing special to maintain. Bird droppings and sap should come off promptly.
Check that the finish is what you expected before you begin. Work from one side to the other in a consistent order. Clean up with a soft cloth at the end.
It suits anyone tired of the stock appearance. A second person helps with alignment on larger pieces. Done well, it looks like it came from the factory.
Orders to the lower 48 ship at no charge. Your exact model year matters for this part.
Paint matching small parts is harder than it sounds. No sanding or primer is involved.

Installation tips: Door Handle Cover
- Unpack all 10 pieces and match each one to its position using the product photos.
- Clean the mounting area with soapy water, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely. Wax or dirt will keep the tape from bonding.
- Dry-fit the part before removing any tape liner.
- Peel the liner, align carefully, and press firmly along the whole part.
- Avoid washing the vehicle for a day or so while the tape sets.
- Check the alignment against the photos when finished.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions included with the part if they differ.
