Trim Illusion Gloss Black Door Handle Covers for 2024-2026 Ford Mustang (DH6338BLK)
DH6338BLK is a gloss black door handle cover set built by Trim Illusion for the 2024-2026 Ford Mustang. Expect two parts when you open it. Trim Illusion describes it as a patented design.
Only the 2024-2026 Ford Mustang is listed. Other years use different parts.
Installation
It clips over the factory part, backed by adhesive tape. The shape holds it in place and the tape adds grip. Nothing is removed from the vehicle. It is made of ABS plastic.

Why it matters
Handles are small, but there are several of them on every side. These covers protect the factory surface underneath. Gloss black is the usual pick for blacked-out builds. It is a good fit if you never liked factory chrome.

Work in the shade on a mild day. It is cheaper than painting or dipping trim. Order and support questions go fastest with DH6338BLK.
Photos show the part installed; match them to yours.
Finish choices set the tone of the whole exterior. It fills a gap many owners notice.
Inspect each piece before installation day. Test the fit before anything is pressed home. Wipe off fingerprints when you are done.
Paint matching small parts is harder than it sounds. There is no curing time to wait out.
It suits anyone tired of the stock appearance. You do not need special skills to get a clean result. Small details like this set a vehicle apart in a parking lot.
Ownership is simple once it is on. Dry it with a soft towel to avoid water spots.
QAA ships free to the lower 48 states. Double-check fitment before checkout.
Normal cleaning keeps it looking right. A gentle rinse after winter driving helps.
There is no shipping charge on lower-48 orders.
Open the box and check the contents against the listing first. A dry run catches problems before they become permanent. Take a photo; it is satisfying to compare before and after.
Hydro-dipping requires removing the parts first. This route keeps the factory parts intact.
Weekend DIYers will find it approachable. Patience matters more than tools here. Done well, it looks like it came from the factory.
Trim is where many factory cost cuts show. It is an easy place to start.

Installation tips: Door Handle Cover
- Unpack all 2 pieces and match each one to its position using the product photos.
- Clean the mounting area with soapy water, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely. Wax or dirt will keep the tape from bonding.
- Dry-fit the part over the factory piece to confirm it seats, then remove it.
- Peel the tape liner, line the part up, and press until it snaps into place.
- Press firmly along the taped areas.
- Check the alignment against the photos when finished.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions included with the part if they differ.
