Trim Illusion Gloss Black Grille Overlay for 2022-2023 Chevrolet Traverse (ABS6808BLK)

What to confirm
Production type: thermo-formed.
Design notes
People notice the grille before anything else. Rather than unbolting a new grille, you lay this over the old one. A gloss black finish darkens bright trim. It is a good fit if you never liked factory chrome.

Compared with painting, a cover is the quicker route. It costs a fraction of shop work.
Normal cleaning keeps it looking right. A gentle rinse after winter driving helps.
It is aimed at drivers who like a personalized vehicle. Plan a calm afternoon rather than a rushed half hour. Small details like this set a vehicle apart in a parking lot.
Inspect each piece before installation day. A dry run catches problems before they become permanent. Give it time before the first wash.
The eye follows lines of trim around the body. It fills a gap many owners notice.
Orders to the lower 48 ship at no charge. Ordering the right part the first time avoids returns.
Treat it like the rest of the exterior. Avoid pressure-washing edges at close range.
Check that the finish is what you expected before you begin. Test the fit before anything is pressed home. Recheck the edges after the first drive.
This part handles one piece of that puzzle.
We cover shipping costs to the continental US. Your exact model year matters for this part.
Wrapping complex shapes takes practice. There is no paint booth involved.
It makes sense for a vehicle you plan to keep a while. Most people finish it in one session. Done well, it looks like it came from the factory.
