Why it matters
Mirror housings stick out at eye level. A new cap finish shows right away. Gloss black works for a chrome-delete look. It looks sharp on light paint and blends on dark paint.
Putting it on
MC6331BLK is tape-on. Nothing has to be drilled. Surface prep is what makes the tape hold. Trim Illusion lists the material as ABS plastic.
What to confirm
Mirror signal note: W/ or W/O Turn Signal.
It keeps the factory parts in place. Our system finds it fastest by MC6331BLK. Have a clean cloth and some alcohol wipes ready.
A normal car wash is all it needs. Our team at 877-752-3811 can check fit before you order. It ships at about 2.0 lb.
Look closely at the images, especially near sensors and emblems.
Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Confirming the year and trim first saves time.
There is no ongoing upkeep schedule. Dry it with a soft towel to avoid water spots.
This suits owners who want a custom look without a shop visit. A second person helps with alignment on larger pieces. The finished look is clean and intentional.
Small finish changes add up across a vehicle. It fills a gap many owners notice.
Lay everything out in the order you will install it. A dry run catches problems before they become permanent. Give it time before the first wash.
Paint matching small parts is harder than it sounds. The vehicle stays drivable the whole time.
Accents work best when they repeat around the vehicle.
Fleet and work-truck owners use trim like this to freshen older units. Most people finish it in one session. Small details like this set a vehicle apart in a parking lot.
Before starting, confirm everything arrived undamaged. Mark reference points with painter's tape if it helps. Recheck the edges after the first drive.
Wrapping complex shapes takes practice. No masking or overspray to deal with.
It does not ask for anything beyond normal care. Keep wax and polish off the edges where possible.
Lower-48 delivery is free on this item. Your exact model year matters for this part.

- Clean the mounting area with soapy water, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely. Wax or dirt will keep the tape from bonding.
- Dry-fit the part before removing any tape liner.
- Peel the liner, align carefully, and press firmly along the whole part.
- Avoid washing the vehicle for a day or so while the tape sets.
- Check the alignment against the photos when finished.
