Design notes
Think of a skin as a cover molded for one wheel pattern. Check the wheel size and style before ordering. Gloss black gives a deeper, more uniform appearance. It suits black wheels and tinted windows.
A cover avoids the expense of new OEM parts. Talk to us first if in doubt: 877-752-3811. The shipping box is about 20.5 x 20.5 x 8.0 inches.
Treat it gently, as you would clear-coated paint. Take your time on alignment. Order and support questions go fastest with WSK762-18BLK.
The photos are the best way to confirm the shape.
After installation, there is nothing special to maintain. Road salt rinses off easily with plain water.
A molded cover follows contours that wrap struggles with. It suits renters of garage space and driveway workers alike.
Fleet and work-truck owners use trim like this to freshen older units. Most people finish it in one session. It changes the vehicle's character in a small but clear way.
QAA ships free to the lower 48 states. Ordering the right part the first time avoids returns.
Start by matching each piece to its position on the vehicle. Small alignment errors are easiest to fix before committing. Once it is in place, press evenly across the whole part.
Small finish changes add up across a vehicle. It brings this area in line with the rest.
Lower-48 delivery is free on this item. Your exact model year matters for this part.
Plan a calm afternoon rather than a rushed half hour. Done well, it looks like it came from the factory.
Day to day, it needs no attention beyond washing. Avoid pressure-washing edges at close range.
The eye follows lines of trim around the body. This part handles one piece of that puzzle.
Inspect each piece before installation day. Mark reference points with painter's tape if it helps. Take a photo; it is satisfying to compare before and after.
Spray coatings need masking; a molded part does not. This route keeps the factory parts intact.
