What it changes
Think of a skin as a cover molded for one wheel pattern. Check the wheel size and style before ordering. Black trim makes body color stand out more. It is a good fit if you never liked factory chrome.
What to confirm
Center cap: Yes - Replacement - TI Black. Wheel size: 17".
Call 877-752-3811 with your year, make, model and trim. Check the pictures for the exact shape and coverage. The shipping box is about 20.0 x 20.0 x 8.0 inches.
It skips the downtime of a paint job. Skip abrasive pads and harsh chemicals.
Avoid installing in extreme cold or heat. Reference WSK816-17BLK when contacting us.
Orders to the lower 48 ship at no charge. When in doubt, ask before you buy.
Consistency is the goal with exterior trim. It brings this area in line with the rest.
Inspect each piece before installation day. Line it up by eye and step back to check. Wipe off fingerprints when you are done.
It is aimed at drivers who like a personalized vehicle. You do not need special skills to get a clean result. It photographs well, which matters if you sell later.
Ownership is simple once it is on. Avoid pressure-washing edges at close range.
A molded cover follows contours that wrap struggles with. The vehicle stays drivable the whole time.
Keep wax and polish off the edges where possible.
Aftermarket replacements often need cutting or drilling. There is no paint booth involved.
Small finish changes add up across a vehicle. It is one step toward a cohesive look.
Confirming the year and trim first saves time.
Fleet and work-truck owners use trim like this to freshen older units. It does not require a lift or a garage full of equipment. Small details like this set a vehicle apart in a parking lot.
Read any instructions in the package before beginning. Clean up with a soft cloth at the end.
