Product Description
Chrome Door Handle Cover Kit for 2008-2013 Nissan Rogue and 2014-2015 Rogue Select, 8 Pieces (DH28537)
DH28537 turns every door handle on a Nissan Rogue or Rogue Select into polished chrome. It is an eight-piece chrome plated ABS cover kit, imported, listed for the 2008-2013 Rogue and the 2014-2015 Rogue Select 4-door SUVs. QAA's note: "Does not include passenger key access." The title and category call it a door handle accent, but by type it is a full cover kit that goes over the handles.
Where it sits among the Rogue handle kits
QAA lists four handle kits for this SUV. Two are stainless accent sets, DH28535 and DH28536. Two are chrome ABS covers: this kit, and DH28538, which has two smart key access points. So the choice is simple. If you want chrome covers and your handles do not have smart key sensors, this kit fits the bill. If they do, DH28538 is the chrome kit built around them.
Model years
- Nissan Rogue, 4-door SUV, 2008-2013
- Nissan Rogue Select, 4-door SUV, 2014-2015
The Fitment tab lists both rows exactly as QAA has them.
No passenger keyhole
The passenger side cover has no opening for a key cylinder. If you use that keyhole, keep that in mind. If you never do, it will not affect daily use.
What chrome plated ABS gives you
The covers are molded ABS plastic, so they can wrap the handle's shape completely. Chrome plating then provides the polished, mirror-like finish. That is a bolder change than stainless accent trim, which sits beside the handle rather than over it.
Fitting the covers
All eight pieces mount with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without causing any damage to the surface of the vehicle. Work through it like this:
- Wash, then degrease the handles and let them dry.
- Sort two pieces per door using the photos.
- Position each cover by hand before it goes on for good.
- Hold firm pressure on it for a few seconds before starting on the next door.
The Installation tab has the rest.
Chrome elsewhere on the Rogue
If you want more brightwork, the sibling list includes SG28535, a two-piece front grille accent trim (surround only), plus window trim in a sixteen-piece full package (WP28535), a four-piece upper-only package (WP28536, which QAA notes only works with its pillar post kit), and a four-piece sill set (WS28535). There are also gas door, license, pillar post, bumper, rear deck, and wheel well pieces. Check their photos for material, since this kit is chrome plated plastic.
Visible every day
Door handles are what you reach for every time you get in, and they are at eye level for anyone walking past. Chrome there makes a clear, everyday difference.
Care and upkeep
Wait a while after installing before the first wash so the tape can settle. From then on, wash the covers along with the rest of the SUV and dry them with a soft towel. Skip abrasive polishes, which can dull a plated finish.

Installation tips: Door Handle Accent
- Unpack all 8 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
