QAA lists the Ford F-150 from 2015 through 2020 as a 4-door pickup truck. The Ford F-250 & F-350 Super Duty appears twice, once as 2017-2022 and once as 2017-2020, both tagged 4-door pickup truck. The bigger alternative is DH55309, a 12pc chrome kit for the same trucks. Its notes list two smart key access points and a base surround, the trim ring behind each handle. DH55308 carries neither note. The catalog doesn't break down what each of the four pieces covers, so check the photos to see exactly what you get. If your truck has keyless-entry sensors on the handles, the 12-piece kit is the one whose notes mention openings for them.
No passenger key access
Passenger key access would be a key cylinder opening on the passenger side. This kit doesn't include one. If you use that lock, keep it in mind before ordering.
Material and mounting
On the F-150 and Super Duty fits, each of the four covers is molded ABS, chrome-plated, polished and imported, and mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. Per QAA, that tape holds for a lifetime without harming the truck's surface.
Getting a clean bond
Wash the handles, degrease them and let everything dry. Dry-fit each cover and frame it with painter's tape so you know exactly where it goes. Then place it and press hard along every edge. Work on a mild, dry day, out of direct sun, and keep the truck dry overnight. The Installation tab covers this in more depth.
Order of work
Begin at a front handle, where any fit question will show up first, then move around the truck. Step back after each cover and check that they sit at the same height and angle before the tape fully sets.
Matching pillar trim
QAA cross-lists chrome pillar post trim for these trucks. PP55308 is a 4pc set noted as not including the keyless touch pad, and PP55309 is a 4pc set that includes the keyless entry touch pad. Both are tagged for the Super Cab and Crew Cab. Regular cab versions are also listed (PP55306 and PP55307) for 2-door trucks, which this handle kit isn't listed for.
Daily care
Mild soap and a soft towel keep the plating bright. Keep abrasive pads away from it.
