Product Description
Chrome Door Handle Cover Kit for the 4-Door Nissan Titan, 8 Pieces, 2004-2015 (DH24523)
Door handles are among the most noticed details on a full-size pickup, and DH24523 turns them chrome on a 4-door Nissan Titan. QAA lists this eight-piece chrome plated ABS door handle cover kit for the 2004-2015 Titan 4-door pickup, so all four handles get the same bright finish.
4-door Titan only
The fitment row is specific: Nissan Titan, 4-door pickup truck, model years 2004 through 2015, twelve years in total. For the 2-door King Cab, and the Armada front doors mentioned in its title, QAA lists DH24515, a four-piece kit. Both share the same catalog note about passenger key access. The difference is piece count and the cab they are listed for.
What the note says
"Does not include passenger key access." The passenger side covers have no keyhole opening. If you regularly unlock the passenger door with a key, look at the product photos and decide whether that matters before ordering.
Eight pieces, four handles
With eight pieces on four doors, each handle gets two: in a cover kit, that is typically the handle and the surrounding area. The catalog does not break down each piece, so the photos are the reference. Sort them by door before starting, and keep each door's pieces together so they do not end up on another.
Material
Chrome plated ABS plastic with a polished finish, imported. ABS is molded to the handle shape, and the chrome plating gives the shine.
Install on a truck
QAA uses 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape on every cover. QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without causing any damage to the surface of the vehicle. Trucks see dust, mud, and work gloves, so prep is the key step:
- Wash the handles and degrease them.
- Let everything dry fully.
- Before any pressure goes on, set each cover over its handle to check the fit.
- Then press and hold firmly for a few seconds.
The Installation tab has full instructions.
Plenty more for the Titan
QAA's catalog for the 4-door Titan includes:
- BI24520: thirty-one-piece rear bumper trim insert with rear step
- BS24520: one-piece bumper step accent trim
- CB24520: three-piece cargo box cover, 13.25" wide at the rear
- FV24520: twelve-piece front vent trim, a ring and five horizontal vent pieces each
- GC24520: one-piece gas door cover trim
- HL24520: two-piece head light accent trim
- Pillar posts, rocker kits, tailgate trim, window sills, and more
Pairing chrome handles with the head light and front vent trim brightens the front half of the truck, and the bumper insert carries the look to the rear.
A twelve-year fit
Because QAA lists one part number for every Titan 4-door from 2004 through 2015, owners of early and late trucks in that range order the same kit and follow the same instructions. That also makes it straightforward to match a second Titan in the fleet or the family.

Installation tips: Door Handle Cover Kit
- Unpack all 8 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
