Honda Accord Sedan Chrome Door Handle Cover Kit, 8 Pieces, 2008-2012 (DH28281)
DH28281 covers all four door handles on the 2008-2012 Honda Accord 4-door sedan in polished chrome. The kit has eight pieces of chrome plated ABS, imported, and it fits over the existing handles. Like its coupe counterpart, it carries the note "Does not include passenger key access."
Sedan only
This is the sedan kit. For the 2-door coupe of the same years, QAA lists DH28251, a four-piece cover kit. Both share the passenger key note; they differ in door count and piece count. If you are not sure which body style you have, count the doors and you have your answer. Ordering by door count avoids the most common mix-up between these two kits.

Eight covers, four doors
Each door gets two pieces, covering the handle and its surrounding area. The catalog does not name each piece, so sort them by door with the product photos before you start.
The keyhole question
There is no opening for the passenger side key cylinder. That only matters if you use it. Look at the product photos to see the driver side shape as well.
Molded chrome
Chrome plated ABS plastic with a polished finish. ABS is molded to the shape of the handle, then plated, giving a mirror surface that covers the whole handle rather than just edging it.
Installation
Each of the Accord's eight covers mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. According to QAA, it will hold for a lifetime and won't harm the sedan's surface.

- Set each cover over its handle without pressing to check the fit.
- Then set it and press firmly for a few seconds.
- Finish one door before moving to the next.

The coupe-only TH28251 rocker trim is on the sibling list too but is not cataloged for the sedan. Chrome handles combined with the rear deck and bumper accents give the back half of the car a consistent bright finish, and the rocker trim carries it along the bottom of the doors.

Care
Let the tape settle before the first wash. After that, wash the covers with the rest of the car and dry them with a soft towel. Avoid abrasive compounds on the chrome plating so the polished surface stays bright.
