Product Description
Chrome Tailgate Handle Cover with Camera Access, 3 Pieces, for Nissan Armada and Titan (DH24526)
The tailgate handle is the one handle every Armada and Titan owner uses most, and DH24526 gives it a chrome finish. This three-piece chrome plated ABS tailgate handle cover kit is listed for the 2004-2016 Nissan Armada and the 2004-2015 Nissan Titan. Its key feature is in the catalog note: "Includes camera access."
Camera access
If your vehicle has a rear camera mounted at the tailgate handle area, a cover without an opening would block it. QAA notes this kit includes camera access, so the cover is shaped to leave room for the camera.
Fitment
- Nissan Armada, 2004-2016, thirteen model years
- Nissan Titan, 2004-2015, twelve model years
Both rows carry a combined body style label of 4-door, SUV, and pickup truck in QAA's data, so match by model and year. For the Titan, "tailgate" means the pickup bed's tailgate; for the Armada, it means the rear liftgate handle. The Fitment tab shows each row exactly as cataloged.
Three pieces
A tailgate handle cover kit with three pieces covers the handle and the area around it. The catalog does not say how the pieces divide up, so the product photos are the best guide to placement.
Chrome plated ABS
The covers are imported ABS plastic with a polished chrome plated finish. ABS molds well around a handle's shape, and the plating supplies the shine. If door handle covers are planned as well, check each listing for its finish.
Installation
The pieces attach with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without causing any damage to the surface of the vehicle. The tailgate area picks up road spray and dirt, so wash it thoroughly, then degrease and dry. Dry-fit each piece first, paying attention to the camera opening so it lines up correctly. Then press each one firmly for a few seconds. The Installation tab has more.
Pairing with door handle covers
Chrome on the tailgate can be paired with covers on the door handles. If you already have chrome door handle covers, this kit completes the set at the back. If not, consider doing them together; check each listing for its finish.
Companion part
QAA lists PP24523, a four-piece pillar post trim, alongside this SKU. Its fitment rows cover a 4-door SUV and a 4-door pickup crew cab. Check the Fitment tab for the exact rows before ordering it with this kit.
Why the tailgate
The rear of a truck or SUV is what other drivers look at in traffic. A bright handle cover at the center of the tailgate is a small change that is seen often. Because the cover goes over the existing handle, the tailgate opens and closes exactly as it did before, and the camera keeps its view.
One kit, two Nissans
QAA catalogs the same part number for both the Armada and the Titan across the years shown. That makes it simple for a household with one of each to give both the same chrome tailgate handle.

Installation tips: Tailgate Handle Cover Kit
- Unpack all 3 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
