Product Description
Gloss Black Snap-On Top Mirror Covers: 2019-2026 Silverado and Sierra 1500 (MC59170B)
For a darker look on a 2019 to 2026 Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 1500, MC59170B swaps chrome for gloss black. It's a two-piece set of gloss black plated ABS plastic, imported, that covers the top of each outside mirror and snaps on. The note reads "Top only, Snap on replacement set," and a second note restates the material: "Gloss Black Plated ABS plastic - Imported."
Which number to use
The title and the SKU both read MC59170B, the gloss black set, and QAA's product page uses the same number. MC59170, without the B, is the chrome version. The title also names both trucks with their 2019-2026 range, which matches the rows.
Fitment
Two rows, Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra, both 2019 through 2026, both tagged 2-door, 4-door, pickup truck and 1500. The 1500 tag is the series limit; trucks that aren't 1500s aren't on these rows. Check both the year, 2019 to 2026, and the series before ordering.
Gloss black vs. chrome
MC59170 is the chrome twin, linked on this sheet with the same top-only, snap-on note for the same trucks. The record's only stated difference is the finish. If you're matching other black trim on your truck, the B version is the one to look at; for bright chrome, see MC59170.
How it attaches
The catalog says snap on replacement set and lists no tape. It doesn't say what, if anything, the covers replace or how they lock on, and it gives no dimensions or turn signal details. The photos are the best reference. Call Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 if you'd like the fit explained before ordering.
Pillar trim on the sheet
PP59170, a 4-piece Pillar Post Trim, is linked too. Its tags are 4-door, 1500, Crew Cab and Double Cab, so it isn't listed for 2-door trucks. Its finish is on its own page, so check whether it matches gloss black before pairing it.
Fitting the covers
Clean the housings with soap and water and dry them. Check for cracks and repair any you find. Using the photos as a guide, offer each cover up to the top of its mirror and confirm how it seats before pressing it home. Match each cover to its mirror before pressing; the record names a snap-on fit but no other mounting detail, and 877-752-3811 can answer questions. The Installation tab lists the set as snap-on with no tape step, so follow the photos and call if anything is unclear.
Caring for gloss black
Clean the Silverado or Sierra gloss black covers with mild soap, water and a soft microfiber cloth, then towel them dry. Keep harsh chemicals, rubbing compounds and abrasive pads off the finish.
Before you start
Lay both covers out next to the photos and confirm which mirror each one fits. Hold each one up to its mirror and look at it from the front of the truck. If the outline doesn't seem to match your housing, stop and call before attempting the snap-on fit.
