Prep the sills
Vacuum, wash, rinse and degrease each sill. Remove any protectant completely and make sure the paint is sound. Let it dry.
Installing
Front doors first: hold the plate on the sill with the liner on, center it, and mark the ends with painter's tape. Peel, align and press firmly from end to end. Press again after a minute. Do the other front door and compare, then the rear openings. The Installation tab has full prep.
