2024-2026 Ford Ranger Super Crew Stainless Gas Door Trim (GC64345)
This is a one-piece polished stainless overlay for the fuel door of the Ford Ranger 4-door Super Crew pickup truck, model years 2024 through 2026. The Fitment tab shows a single row covering those three years. GC64345 is made from 304 stainless steel at 26 gauge in the USA, and it mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape.
It is not a replacement cap and not a replacement part. You MUST have the existing gas door to install this piece, since the trim mounts onto the face of that door and nothing else.
A short note on condition, because it decides how well the job turns out. The tape bonds to paint, and QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without causing any damage to the surface of the vehicle. Give it good paint to hold. Repair edge chips, lifting or faded clear coat and bubbles first, and make sure the door closes flush with the body. Installation needs no drilling; the trim installs directly over the existing surface.
On a clean, dry door the install takes minutes. Start with soapy water, rinse, and dry, then go over the area with a degreaser. Hold the trim on the closed door with the liner still attached and shift it until the visible paint border is equal on every side. Mark that position with painter's tape. Peel away the liner, set the piece on the marks, and press firmly over the full surface, then again after about a minute. Open the door gently to make sure it swings clear.
