Putting them on
Tape one insert to its strip with painter's tape and check that it's centered with the ends where you want them. Peel a short length of liner, set the front end, and press rearward as the liner comes away. Press the whole insert firmly once it's down.
Placing the two inserts
Measure the first insert's ends from the door edges and set the second to match.
