Order of work
Start with a front door; it's the easiest place to set the height. Work back from there, keeping the positions you measured. Leave the sliding door pieces until last so you can test the door's travel with the neighboring pieces installed.
Polishing later
Mild soap and a soft towel for regular washes. If the finish dulls, a non-abrasive metal polish brings it back; avoid scouring pads.
