Product Description
Scion xB 2004-2006 "SCION XB" Stainless Steel Logo Decal, 7 Pieces (SGR24180)
SGR24180 is listed as a seven-piece polished stainless steel "SCION XB" logo decal for the 2004 through 2006 Scion xB hatchback. The title and part name agree on that. Two other lines in the record, however, describe a completely different product, so this page starts with the mismatch.
Scion xB logo, or Handicap Symbol?
The listing's note reads "Handicap Symbol," and the "What's included in the box?" line says the package holds QAA's 2 piece stainless steel Handicap Symbol, each approximately 1.75" in diameter, SGR11016. A seven-piece SCION XB logo and a two-piece round symbol can't both be right. The data doesn't say which ships. Check the product photos and call Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 before ordering.
Seven pieces
SCION XB has seven letters, which fits the seven-piece count, but the record doesn't say whether each piece is a letter or how they're arranged. The photos show it.
Material and tape
QAA makes all seven "SCION XB" pieces in a USA shop out of polished 26 gauge 304 stainless steel of high quality. They are pressed directly onto the existing surface using 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. That tape, QAA states, will hold for a lifetime with no harm to the hatchback.
Fitment
Scion xB, 4-door hatchback, 2004, 2005 and 2006. No trim exclusions are listed.
Where it goes
The listing doesn't specify a location on the car. The photos are the guide. Choose a smooth, flat, painted surface; tape won't hold on textured plastic.
Older paint
On an xB from these years, check for faded or oxidized paint. Tape bonds to the surface it touches, so if the paint is chalky or flaking, the emblem can only hold as well as that paint does. Clean thoroughly and check the surface first.
Spacing a word
For separate letters, run a painter's-tape baseline and set every piece on it with the liner on. Adjust spacing, mark positions, and apply one at a time.
Application
Wash, dry, and wipe with isopropyl alcohol. Peel, place, press firmly over each piece. Work on a warm surface; wait a day before washing.
Linked xB trim
DH24180 door handle accents (eight pieces), GC24180 gas door cover trim, PP24180 and PP24181 pillar post trim, RD24180 rear deck accent w1, SG24180 ten-piece grille insert package, TH24180 rocker trim w1.5 that installs below the door, and WP24180, a 12-piece window package with upper trim and pillar posts and no window sills. Check each listing for its own material and finish.
If you wanted the Handicap Symbol
SGR11016 is QAA's Handicap Symbol listing, and its own record is consistent. It is decorative and not a parking permit.
Care
Wash the xB emblems with mild soap and a soft cloth; a non-abrasive polish clears haze.
Why the mismatch matters
The two descriptions differ in almost everything: seven pieces against two, lettering against a round symbol, a car-specific logo against a universal decal. If you order expecting the SCION XB lettering, you'll want to know that's what ships. A quick call settles it.

Installation tips: "SCION XB" Logo Decal
- Unpack all 7 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
