Product Description
Genesis G90 2017-2022 Four-Piece Pillar Post Trim (PP17348)
PP17348 is a four-piece pillar trim set for the Genesis G90 4-door sedan, listed for model years 2017 to 2022. Its only sibling on the sheet is the six-piece PP17349, so the choice here is narrow: four polished covers or six.
What the row says
Genesis G90, 2017-2022, tagged 4-door and Sedan. Six model years and a single body style. Fitment for the G90 runs across 2017 to 2022. If your car falls outside that row, or you're not sure it matches, call Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 with PP17348 before ordering.
Deciding on four
Both G90 listings are spare: no notes, no width and no list of the pillars each set dresses. The count is the only written difference. The galleries are where you can see more, so open both and look for outlines in the six-piece photos that don't appear in these. If you're happy with the four shapes shown here, this is the simpler job, listed at $73.49. If the six-piece set's further outlines appeal, that's the one to get. Buy one G90 set; if two appeal, compare photos or call 877-752-3811.
About the trim
The pillars are the upright sections that frame the side glass. These covers are thin stainless shapes that sit on the face of those panels, giving them a polished finish while leaving the structure as it is. They're cosmetic, so the install is about cleanliness, alignment and pressure rather than tools.
Material and attachment
Four covers in 26 gauge 304 stainless steel, polished and made in the USA. There's no plating, so the bright surface can't flake at the edges. Each cover bonds with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape directly over the existing surface. No drilling, no trim removal. The Installation tab gives the temperature range and cure time.
Getting the surface right
Tape needs a clean, dry, bare surface. Wash the pillar areas with gentle car shampoo, rinse well, and dry with a soft towel. Then wipe each spot with isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free cloth and wait a minute for it to evaporate. If the car has wax, sealant or a ceramic coating, remove it where the covers will sit. Pick a dry day and work in the shade.
Placing the covers
Count the four covers when they arrive and compare each with the photos. Compare the G90 covers with the listing images before peeling. Hold the first against its pillar with the liner on, check that both edges follow the shape, and outline its position with painter's tape. Repeat for the others. Then peel one liner, align the cover with your marks, and press firmly over its full length and both edges. Fit the next cover and compare them.
If something's off
A bent or missing piece should be reported before you start. If a cover won't sit flat during the dry-fit, or you can't tell where it goes, keep its liner on and call 877-752-3811. After the tape has cured, wash with regular car soap.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 4 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
