Product Description
PP17349: Six Stainless Pillar Covers for the 2017-2022 Genesis G90
For the Genesis G90 4-door sedan from 2017 to 2022, PP17349 is the six-piece pillar post set, the larger of two G90 options. The four-piece PP17348 is the other, and those two are all this sheet lists.
Does it fit? The single fitment row reads Genesis G90, 2017-2022, 4-door, Sedan. Six covers, listed for G90s of 2017 through 2022. For anything that doesn't match, ring Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 and quote PP17349.
What do I get for six? Six polished covers, but the catalog doesn't name which pillars they dress, and neither G90 listing carries notes or a width. The photos are what show the difference. Compare this gallery with the four-piece one and look for outlines that appear only here. Those are the covers you'd gain by choosing six, shown in this listing's photos. Choose one G90 set; if both appeal, compare their photos or call 877-752-3811.
Is the price different? Yes. This set is listed at $89.99 for all six covers. If you're weighing the two, the photo comparison above tells you whether the further covers are worth it for your car.
What are they made of? 304 stainless steel in a 26 gauge sheet, polished bright and made in the USA. The finish is the metal rather than a coat on top, so there's no layer to peel. The light gauge lets each cover sit close to the panel below.
How are they attached? With 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, directly over the existing surface. No drill, no clips, no trim taken off. The Installation tab lists the temperature range and the cure time to allow before washing.
What do I need? Car soap, rubbing alcohol, a few clean lint-free cloths, painter's tape and a pencil. A second person is useful for holding the next cover and checking alignment from a step or two back.
How do I prepare? Wash and rinse the pillar areas, then dry them with a microfibre towel. Wipe each with rubbing alcohol and give it a moment to flash. Strip any wax, polish or ceramic coating where tape will land. Work on a dry day, away from strong sun.
How should I fit six? Unpack and count six, matching each to the photos, and call first if any piece is bent or missing. Compare the covers with the photos while their backings are still on. Offer each one up, sight along both edges, and mark its spot with painter's tape, pencilling the location on the backing. When every cover is mapped, peel and press them one at a time, rubbing firmly from end to end and along both edges. Step back every so often to check that the lines look even.
And if one won't line up? Leave its backing on and phone 877-752-3811. Sorting it out before the tape touches the paint is far easier.
How do I care for it? Wash it with the car using regular soap, and dry with a clean towel.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 6 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
