Product Description
Kia Niro 2017-2022 Pillar Post Trim, Four-Piece Set (PP17825)
PP17825 gives the 2017-2022 Kia Niro 4-door SUV four polished stainless pillar covers. Three Niro pillar sets are listed, with four, six and eight pieces, and the notes on them don't follow the order you might expect, so a careful look before ordering pays off.
A note that sits in the middle
The six-piece PP17826 is noted "Includes Rear Triangle piece." Neither this four-piece set nor the eight-piece PP17827 carries any note at all. So the only Niro listing that names a rear triangle is the middle one, not the largest. We can't tell from the catalog whether the eight-piece set also has a triangle, and we've flagged the inconsistency. If the triangle matters to you, call Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 with PP17825 and ask before choosing.
Choosing by photo
None of the three listings names its pillars or gives a width. Put the three galleries side by side and look for outlines that turn up in one and not the others. That shows you what each count brings better than any description could. Weighing two Niro sets? Look at the photos or ring us. Four pieces is the shortest install of the three and is listed at $73.49.
Fitment
Kia Niro, 2017 through 2022, tagged 4-door and SUV. Six model years, one row. Check yours, and phone before ordering if your vehicle isn't on that row. Only the three pillar sets are listed for the Niro on this sheet.
What's in the box
Four covers in 26 gauge 304 stainless steel, polished, made in the USA. The finish is the metal itself rather than a plated coat, so there's no coating to flake. They mount with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape directly over the existing surface. No drilling and no trim removal.
Pillar trim, briefly
The pillars are the upright panels between and beside the side windows. A cover lies on the face of one and gives it a polished finish; the panel itself is left untouched.
Why start with four
If you'd like to see how polished stainless looks on your Niro before committing to a bigger set, or you want the shortest possible install, four covers is the natural starting point.
Getting it on
Choose a dry, mild day and a shaded spot. Wash the pillar areas with mild shampoo, rinse and dry. Wipe each one with isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free cloth and let it flash off. Remove wax, polish or ceramic coatings wherever tape will touch.
Count four covers and match them to the photos. Set the Niro covers out to match the gallery. With liners on, hold each to its pillar, check that its edges follow the shape, and mark its spot with painter's tape. Then peel one liner, line the cover up with your marks and press firmly over its length and both edges. Carry on with the next one. The Installation tab lists the temperature range and cure time.
If a cover won't seat, or arrives bent, keep its liner on and call 877-752-3811.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 4 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
