Product Description
Kia Niro 2017-2022 Eight-Piece Stainless Pillar Post Set (PP17827)
PP17827 is the largest Kia Niro pillar set: eight polished stainless covers for the 2017-2022 Niro 4-door SUV. Before ordering it, there's one gap in the listing you should know about.
What this listing doesn't say
The six-piece PP17826 is noted "Includes Rear Triangle piece." This eight-piece listing has no notes. It doesn't say it includes a triangle, and it doesn't say it doesn't. We won't assume either way. The catalog is silent, and we've flagged it for review. If the rear triangle is part of what you're after, the six-piece set is the one that names it; otherwise call Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 with PP17827 and ask whether this set has it.
Comparing the three
The Niro family is four pieces (PP17825), six (PP17826) and eight (this set). The listings don't name their pillars or give widths. The galleries, though, show every cover. Look through all three and note which outlines appear in this one and not the others; that's what sets it apart, and it's also the quickest way to check for a triangle shape. Niro sets don't combine into one kit, so call 877-752-3811 before ordering more than one.
Fitment and price
Kia Niro, 2017-2022, 4-door, SUV, on a single row. Look on your paperwork for a Niro year between 2017 and 2022. The set is listed at $100.99.
Construction
Eight covers of 26 gauge 304 stainless steel, polished, made in the USA. The finish is polished steel, not plating, so there's nothing to chip. Each mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape directly over the existing surface, with no drilling and no removal of trim. The Installation tab lists the temperature range and cure time.
Why the photos matter so much here
With no notes on this set, the gallery is the only place to see whether a triangle shape is among the eight. Look at each picture closely, compare it with the triangle in the six-piece photos, and if you still can't tell, call before ordering. A short call settles it before you spend anything.
A plan for eight
Set aside an unhurried session on a dry, mild day in the shade, and line up a helper if you can. Count eight covers on arrival and compare them with the photos, reporting anything bent or missing before you start.
Wash the pillar areas with car soap, rinse and dry. Wipe each with isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free cloth and let it flash off. Strip any wax, sealant or ceramic coating where tape will sit.
Lay the covers on a towel and match them to the photos. Dry-fit each with its liner on, mark its spot with painter's tape and pencil the location on the liner. When everything has a home, peel and press one at a time, firmly from end to end and along both edges. Step back occasionally to check the lines run evenly.
If any piece won't seat, keep its liner on and phone 877-752-3811 with the SKU and your model year.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 8 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
