Product Description
PP13528: The Middle Pillar Set for the 2013-2020 Pathfinder
Six covers, polished 26 gauge 304 stainless steel, made in the USA, for the Nissan Pathfinder 2013-2020. That's PP13528 in one line. The single fitment row is tagged 4-door and SUV and lines up with the title, so the main things to confirm are your year and that it's the Pathfinder.
Where it sits among the Pathfinder sets. This sheet shows three pillar post listings. PP13527 has four pieces. PP13528, this one, has six. PP13529 has eight and is the only one whose note says "Includes Rear Triangle piece." Ours has no notes, so we won't promise a triangle piece. The three listings don't name the pillars each set covers, and that's the reason to compare photos instead of guessing from counts. Look for shapes that appear in one set's pictures but not another's, then buy the single set that matches what you want covered. Pick one set for your Pathfinder.
Mounting in brief. 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, applied directly over the existing surface. That means no holes and no panels removed.
A cleaner bond. Tape is only as good as the surface under it. Wash the pillars by hand with a gentle car soap, rinse off every trace, and let them dry or towel them. Go over each pillar with rubbing alcohol on a lint-free cloth and give it a moment. Wax, sealant or a ceramic coating sitting where the tape goes should be removed first.
Six pieces, one pattern. Lay the covers out and match them to the photos by shape. From the front, hold each Pathfinder cover to its pillar with the backing on and sight along its edges; it should follow the post without rocking. Mark the ends with painter's tape and write the position on the backing. When those are mapped, do the rest, using the first covers as the reference so they match. Peel each backing only when that cover is ready, set it inside its marks, and press firmly along the full length. The Installation tab gives the temperature range and cure time. All six covers in the Pathfinder set are polished stainless.
The rest of the Pathfinder list. The same sheet carries GC13527 (one-piece gas door cover trim), LP13527 (one-piece license plate bezel), MI13527 (six-piece body molding insert kit, 0.75 width) and RD13527, a one-piece rear deck accent listed at 1.25. It goes at the back of this SUV, so go by that part's photos for its exact spot. Each listing states its own finish.
Why stainless here. Polished 304 is metal all the way through, with no plated skin that could flake, and the 26 gauge sheet stays slim against the pillar.
Weather and help. Do this on a dry day, out of strong sun. A second person standing back a few paces can tell you if a cover looks crooked before its backing comes off.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 6 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
