Product Description
Kia Forte 2019-2024 Eight-Piece Pillar Post Trim (PP19812)
PP19812 is the eight-piece pillar post set for the 2019-2024 Kia Forte 4-door sedan: polished 304 stainless, made in the USA, listed at $95.49. It's the largest of three linked Forte sets. The others are PP19810 with four pieces and PP19811 with six.
One thing to know before choosing. The six-piece set's listing says "Includes Rear Triangle piece". This eight-piece listing has no note at all, so it doesn't say whether a triangle is part of it. It might be, or it might not; the data doesn't tell us, and we won't guess. If you specifically want the rear triangle, check this gallery for a triangular piece, compare with the six-piece gallery, and if it's still unclear, call Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 and ask about PP19812.
The same goes for the rest of the set. No pillars are named and no width is listed on any of the three Forte sets. The photos show the eight shapes; match each to your Forte before buying. Eight pieces is the biggest Forte set; check its photos, and call to confirm.
Fitment is one row: Kia Forte, 2019-2024, 4-door, Sedan. Six model years. Fortes built 2019 to 2024 take the eight pieces. If it's outside that span, call before ordering; it's much easier to sort out before the box ships.
The sheet links WP19811, WP19812 and WS19810 too, by number. Those are separate products, not part of this set.
The steel is 26 gauge 304 stainless with a polished finish. It needs no plating to shine, so there's nothing on the surface to wear through. The covers fix with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape directly over the existing surface. No drilling, and none of the Forte's trim is removed.
With eight pieces, it helps to work in stages.
Stage one is reading. The Installation tab lists the tape's temperature range and cure time, and the day should be planned around them.
Stage two is checking. On a towel, lay the eight covers out and compare each with the photos. Call before you begin if any is damaged or missing.
Stage three is cleaning. On a dry day in the shade, wash the pillar faces with mild car soap, rinse and dry. Wipe each with isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free cloth and let it evaporate. Any wax or ceramic coating where tape will touch has to go.
Stage four is mapping. Hold every cover in place with its liner on, frame it with painter's tape when the edges sit right, and pencil its position on the liner. Map all eight before peeling any.
Stage five is fixing. Peel one liner at a time, set the cover in its frame and press steadily from end to end and along both edges. Put on another Forte cover and judge it from a short distance.
Should a Forte cover not sit flush, keep the liner in place and call 877-752-3811. After the cure time, ordinary car soap and a soft towel keep the Kia's eight covers clean.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 8 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
