Checking the doors
Look at the bottom inch and a quarter of each door for chips or dents and repair them first. Make sure nothing like an emblem or a seam interrupts that band.
Clean
Wash and dry the doors. Wipe the lower few inches with isopropyl alcohol, and give the bottom edge a second pass with a fresh cloth.
Install
Match each piece to a door by length and shape. With the liner on, line the piece up along the bottom of its door and close the door gently to check the ends. Look along the car to see the front and rear pieces form one line. Peel and press a few inches at a time, then press the full piece again.

Keeping the line straight
A 1.25" strip along the door bottom reads as a thin line, so any step between the front and rear doors shows. Use the bottom edge of each door as your guide and step back before pressing each following piece.
