Checking the frames
Before cleaning, look along each window top of the sedan. If there's old adhesive, flaking paint or a damaged area where a piece will sit, sort that out first, as the tape needs a sound, clean surface.
Prep
Wash and dry the car. Wipe each frame top with a wax-and-grease remover and finish with isopropyl alcohol right before its piece goes on.
Fitting
Do one door at a time. Hold the piece in place with the liner on, mark both ends with painter's tape and swing the door to check clearance. Then peel a little liner at one end, set it on the mark and press along the frame as you go. Step back and check the line before moving to the next door.
Care
