The four C-HR upper pieces are cut in the USA from polished 26 gauge 304 stainless steel and go over the existing surface of the window tops with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. According to QAA, the tape will hold for a lifetime without harming the Toyota.

Prep
Wash and dry the C-HR, then clean each frame top with a wax-and-grease remover and isopropyl alcohol just before its piece goes on. Nothing else needs cleaning for this set.
Fitting
Begin with the most accessible door. Hold the piece with its liner on, tab the ends with painter's tape and open and close the door to check clearance. Peel back an inch of liner, set that end on its mark and press along as you peel the rest. Look along the side after each piece to keep the line even.
